Luis and Sergio Lopez, graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar of Guatemala, we founded LOPEZ & LOPEZ ARQUITECTOS, firm with which we have incorporated counting with an experience of more than ten years in the development of constructions.
The Work that we carry out tries to achieve in each project an advanced architecture integration with forms of the contemporary architecture being able to create works of high quality that transmit a touch of particularity and distinction. One of our main premises is to understand and to satisfy the client's necessities and to interpret them in a simple and sophisticated way where the use of traditional and innovative elements, look to improve the environment where they are located.
In each project we try to make comfortable the designed spaces, manifesting it in the proportion the simplicity of the volumes, the election of the color and the handling of the light, integrating these elements aesthetically to each other.
The firm, to this date has developed, besides individual residences, commercial centers, restaurants, corporative buildings, industrial buildings, educational centers, professional offices, as well as urbanization projects and development of condominiums (construction in series).
